Ex 125mm x 19mm redwood shiplap cladding

-Ex 100mm x 50mm structurally graded timber framework roof joists at maximum at 610mm centres in joist hangers.

-Corrugated black bitumen roof sheets with zinc capping

-900mm unlined overhang

-Front guttering
